The grounds were impeccably maintained, with the staff discreetly ensuring cleanliness and a well-manicured appearance. The other pools (four in total, with one being unheated) were well-maintained, never overcrowded, and easily accessible from the grounds. The heated pool in our villa was a highlight, allowing our family to enjoy swims at any time of day. A few observations: - The villa was incredibly comfortable for our week-long stay, though a kitchen and washer/dryer would have been welcome additions. I extend my deepest gratitude to Antonio, Cornelia, and the entire team for their hospitality and for embracing our family. It is a place where true hospitality and warmth are unmatched. However, I challenge anyone to find a hidden gem that surpasses the Seabreeze in terms of excellence and top-notch customer service. Santorini boasts numerous properties, many of which are undoubtedly wonderful in their own right. The heartfelt send-off we received from the entire staff was evidence of the lasting impact we had on them and they had on us. We were even able to relax in the lounge, which gave us a chance to bid a more formal farewell to the team. On our last day, the team went above and beyond by allowing us to stay in our suite well past the normal check-out time since our flight was late in the evening. They made sure our son felt special, engaging with him daily on the beach and at the pool, and even providing him with his favorite drink, Fanta, every day.
The team worked seamlessly together, anticipating our needs and ensuring we had everything required for a perfect stay, such as extra towels, water, and the best seats and lounges. Antonio, the General Manager, made a point to spend time with us despite his busy schedule. We got to know each and every team member we interacted with, particularly Savas, Stella, and Relnado, among many others. As I mentioned earlier, the staff became like family to us during our stay. The underestimated stretch of beach at the south end of the island in Exomitis was a pleasant surprise. The rest of our time at the resort was a blissful blur of luxurious accommodations in our spacious 2-bedroom king pool villa, delectable and unique dining experiences at the restaurant, pool bar, and through room service, and tranquil moments spent at the beach and pool. And to top it off, she surprised our son with a toy off-road truck to enjoy during our stay. Cornelia's thoughtful gestures, like providing a bottle of wine (and a juice cooler for our son) along with a leisurely tour of the entire property, helped ease our weariness from the long journey. We were fortunate to arrive just before the peak season, so we practically had the resort to ourselves. Every detail was flawlessly arranged, making our check-in feel personalized and exclusive. Right from the beginning, when I corresponded with Cornelia via email several weeks prior to our arrival, the team at Seabreeze Beach Resort demonstrated their professionalism. Their commitment to ensuring our family's safety and happiness throughout our stay was remarkable. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Cornelia, Antonio, and the entire local staff for making our trip truly special. However, let me be clear: it exceeded all expectations and was nothing short of perfection. When I stumbled upon this property while frantically searching for a destination to celebrate our 10-year anniversary and enjoy a family vacation with our 7-year-old son, I was hesitant due to the limited number of reviews. Although the details may fade over time, I want to highlight a few aspects that made our stay so exceptional and share them with fellow travelers.
